This Bulova Accutron Model 214 WristWatch, bears serial number 1-299231 and dates to 1965c (M5). It is housed in the rare stainless steel case and is in very good condition. The back features a sunken key which changes the time and it has a separate battery compartment, synonymous with the 214 model.
The movement has been fitted with a new 1.35v battery, but it did not start up, so he the watch is not presently in working order. The mechanical components are ok, so there is an electronic issue to resolve. The dial has the rare silver textured finish, which is in superb condition and it has a set of steel hands and raised hour markers. The 12 is the Accutron Logo and the bezel and crystal are in very good condition.

There are some scratches and wear marks on the bezel and some scratches on the crystal, which may buff off with applicator. It measures 35 mm in diameter and 40mm from lug to lug and is fitted with an Accutron Lizard skin strap, which measures 235mm overall – This is a very nice Accutron 214 to add to your Collection and comes to you directly from a large Irish Watch Collection, which was assembled over the past 40-50 years.
