This is a very nice OMEGA Manual Wind Wristwatch, which dates to 1935 and has the very rare CAL 26.5 SOB T1 Movement – this needs just a crown wheel (pn 420) and crown wheel screw ( pn 5-420) to get it running – and note that the screw is broken in the thread hole.
It has the very reliable and rare – Calibre 26.5 SOB T1 (signed under the balance) – 15 Jewel Movement,which is in excellent cosmetic condition and bears serial number 8057993 – 1935 manufacture circa.
The 32mm – Stainless Steel Case is fully signed Omega as shown in the picsand bears serial number 8806241.It is in excellent condition, has solid Lugs and is fitted with a new Hoersch 16 mm Blue Leather strap and measures 235mm overall. I have not stuck the tab of the strap, so you may make your own decision and choice in relation to this. The back is initialled D.F.F.
The 28mm Metal Dial,has raised gold Arabic Numerals and is signed Omega with their Logo (faint) and has a subs dial at 6.00. It has a nice set of Blued Spade Pointer Hands and is in fairly good condition, but shows age and has dirt around some numerals.
This rare OMEGA deserves to be restored, as you won’t find many on the market in such condition for the year – Listed at €195 and open to your best offer – (Ref:L529)
