This is a Late 19th Century SWISS Pocket-Watch, in a 51mm, Slim SILVER Case (no assay mark), which dates to around 1870c. It is triple signed on the Dial , Case and Movement.
The Enamel Dial is 47mm in diameter and is signed as in the pics, together with sn 4777. There are some light hairlines in the 10-6 section, as illustrated in the pics.
The 15Jewel Swiss DUPLEX Movement bears SN 4777, is working very well and keeping good time (+5 mins in 24hrs). The L’epine style movement is signed F.L BARBEZAT – Chaux de Fonds and is very slim (case is only 9mm deep). It is key wound and key set on the back.
The case bears SN 4771 (same as the movement), is signed FLB and has no assay mark, but is clearly Silver. What appears to be a large ding in the top part of the case back is only a reflection.
